Research interests
My current work is mostly empirical. I am interested in housing economics, urban economics, public policies, spatial econometrics, microeconometrics and social housing issues.
Thesis subject
My PhD thesis is entitled Public housing supply: public policies, spatial disparities and suppliers.
Given the actual public housing crisis in France with millions of households on waiting lists, social housing construction is a topic of interest in many housing policy talks. The goal of my thesis is to better understand public housing constructions, the way they are determined and influenced, from the social landlords point of view in the case of France.
